Israel’s Successful Hostage Rescue Operation
Richard and Gidon discussed the recent hostage rescue operation against Hamas. Richard expressed surprise at the successful execution of the operation. Both agreed that Israel’s success in the operation was due to God’s blessings, with Richard highlighting that Israel is the only country in the world with God’s name in its title.
Suffering and Sacrifice for God’s Will
Richard and Gidon Ariel discussed the concept of bringing heaven to earth, a process Richard believes often involves suffering and sacrifice. Richard pointed out that human beings are often selfish and sinful, leading to opposition against God’s will. He argued that to achieve God’s plans, a price must be paid. Richard emphasized the existence of evil forces that resist God’s will and cited the need to overcome these forces to bring about God’s desired outcomes.
Hebrew Restoration and Soviet Regime Fall

Richard pointed out the broad support for Israel, noting that many Christian Zionists feel a sense of belonging when they visit. Gidon also shared that two of his sons and a son-in-law are serving in the military, two of whom were stationed near the Lebanon border but have since been sent home. The other, Akiva, was located outside of Gaza and is due to be called back up for duty in about a month.
Supporting Israel’s Leadership and Trust
Gidon Ariel and Richard expressed their support for the leadership of Israel, acknowledging the pressures they face. They discussed the need for prayer for Israel’s leaders and the potential impact of global Christian Zionists who support Israel. Gidon shared his optimism about the newly elected President of Argentina’s pro-Israel stance. Richard playfully asked Gidon about becoming his advisor when he becomes Prime Minister, to which Gidon responded positively, assuring that all Christian friends will be able to make Aliyah then:-).
Wall of Remembrance Cleaning and Donation
Richard discussed the “Wall of Remembrance,” a unique sculpture his office maintains for the annual Kristallnacht Memorial. He explained that the sculpture, featuring 18 names of death camps, is used for candle lighting during a moving ceremony. Recently, his team cleaned the sculpture, which included removing old wax build-up from the candle holders, and they planned to donate it to a local Christian holocaust organization.
