Life in Israel can be like a whirlwind.

As it has been since its inception in 1948, and really for the Jewish People since their inception, Israel is bombarded with murderous attacks by her enemies who really are enemies of humanity and of God Himself.

But between one act of violence and the next, and often overlapping, there is happiness, with life cycle events that remind us why we are here and give us reason to go on.

This is the story in a nutshell that was lived out by one family in Israel in November 2015, who experienced terror through the double murder of a rabbi and his son, as they were on the way to celebrate the pre-wedding weekend of their daughter and sister, scheduled for the Thursday thereafter.
