Traditionally, Jews observe a seven day long mourning period after the loss of a loved one, called shiva (literally, seven).

Today, all of israel “got up from shiva” following the horrific terror attack in a Jerusalem synagogue which claimed five lives, four peace-loving rabbis and a heroic Druze (non-Jewish) policeman.

How can we make sense of all this terror?

What happened?

How is this affecting Jews in Jerusalem and Israel in general?

And what can we do about all of this?

All this and more in this special video lesson from Root Source:

As usual, we look forward to your comments!

My deepest condolences to you in behalf of those injured and killed. I pray for you and your family’s safety. I prayed those magnificent prayers with you as you prayed for Israel and those injured and hurt.

May God hide Israel under the shadow of His Wings/Tzitzit ..Psalm 91 now and always
