Lesson 5: Abraham and Sarah: Laughter

When Hashem tells Abraham that he will father a son in his old age, Abraham laughs. When Sarah hears that she will bear that child in her old age, she laughs. They both laughed out of doubt. Is it so hard to accept the word of God at face value? Why did they laugh?
