Lesson 3: Cast into Nile River

Moses/Moshe was put into the Nile in as basket on the 6th day of Sivan. This date is exactly 3 months after he was born. This date is a REALLY big deal for Jews. Why? Why do Jews feel that they were placed into a basket in this very date as well? What is the parallelism for water in Jewish life?
