Course: Bob assorted. Lesson #3 of 3

Series: Jubilee

Before we explain the Sanhedrin's decision about the Jubilee, we must first understand the Sanhedrin and learn about Rabbi Avraham Dov Ben Shor to whom we were speaking.

This Rabbi from Judea is both a judge, landowner, father and teacher to his children, and is part of the emerging Sanhedrin. In this interview the Rabbi introduces himself and explains what are the biblical qualities that God is looking for when selecting judges for the land. Then Ben Shor explains how the Sanhedrin was formed, and how the most difficult part of the process was ordaining the first Rabbi. We hope you enjoy this quick study on this endeavor which we may look back upon in the years ahead, as nothing short of an historic an undertaking
