Lesson 8: God: The Jewish Image – A Combination Image of God

The second and third chapters of Genesis are unique in using a combination of two names to describe God – the four-letter proper name of God and the name Elohim. Nowhere else in the Bible is this combination of these two names exclusively used. What new image comes from this combination of names?
