This series, taught by Ann P. Levin is called Man’s Relationship with God in the Hebrew Bible.  We will explore various emotional approaches to the divine in the Old Testament. The first course will explore fear of God in the Hebrew Bible.  We will dispel some myths about this misunderstood and maligned concept.  The second course will delve into love of God in the Hebrew Bible, and the explicit commandment to worship God with joy and happiness.  The last course in this series will discuss the idea of zealousness in worshipping God and we will discover how the Hebrew Bible views this approach to God.
