Bob O’Dell plays the Apostle Peter telling the story of the day and the hour in which Peter first learned what it really means to be a leader in the Church.

While not mentioned in the video itself, the title is a bit of a play on words regarding “The Peter Principle” which is a business concept developed in the late 1960s by Laurence J. Peter that people in an organization tend to rise to their “level of incompetence.” (8:45)
